Premium BBQ Experience - $8,000 for 60 people ($75 per additional person)

    • Lamb Shoulder: Marinated and slow-cooked with herbs for a tender and flavorful dish.
    • Chicken Thigh with Ned's Whiskey Peach Sauce: A delightful combination of sweet and tangy, perfect for those looking for something different.
    • St. Louis Ribs: Meaty ribs, smoked and glazed, offering a succulent bite.

Service Details:

  • Serving Style: Choose from buffet, sit-down, or family-style service. This package offers 3-4 hours of service with full-service staff, including waitstaff and a dedicated Pit Master to ensure a flawless dining experience.

Optional Add-ons:

  1. Grazing Table
    • An expansive spread featuring artisanal cheeses, cured meats, seasonal fruits, fresh vegetables, dips, and crackers, perfect for a sophisticated appetizer or cocktail hour.
  2. Late-Night Snack: Five Cheese Toasties
    • A comforting late-night snack to satisfy guests and keep the celebration alive.
  3. Live BBQ Cooking Station
    • Engage guests with a live BBQ station where a Pit Master prepares and serves meats, enhancing the overall dining experience.
  4. Bar Staff and/or Serving Staff
    • Professional bar and serving staff to manage drinks and ensure guests have everything they need throughout the event.
  5. Additional Meats
    • Options such as smoked salmon or other premium meats for a more extensive and diverse menu.

Package Terms:

  1. Booking Confirmation: A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event date.
  2. Guest Count Finalisation: The final guest count must be confirmed 14 days prior to the event. Any changes made after this date may incur additional charges.
  3. Dietary Requirements: Please provide details of any dietary requirements or allergies at least 14 days before the event to ensure appropriate accommodations can be made.
  4. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will incur a 50% charge of the total package cost. Cancellations within 7 days of the event will incur a 100% charge.
  5. Travel Fees: Travel fees may apply for events outside of a 75 km radius from our base location in Glenrowan. This will be discussed and agreed upon at the time of booking.
  6. Event Duration: The package includes service for up to 4 hours. Additional time will be charged at an hourly rate, discussed and agreed upon prior to the event.
  7. Weather Contingency: For outdoor events, please have a suitable contingency plan in place for adverse weather conditions.
