Deluxe BBQ Package - $6,500 for 60 people ($65 per additional person)

Menu Options:

  • Meats (Choose Four):
    • Texas-Style Smoked Brisket: Juicy and tender, seasoned with our special rub for a deep, smoky flavor.
    • Pulled Pork Shoulder with Gravy: Slowly smoked and served with a rich, flavorful gravy.
    • Lamb Shoulder: Marinated and slow-cooked with a blend of herbs and spices.
    • Chicken Thigh with Ned's Whiskey Peach Sauce: Tender chicken thighs glazed with a sweet and tangy whiskey peach sauce.
    • St. Louis Ribs: Meaty and succulent, seasoned and smoked to perfection.
  • Sides (Choose Four):
    • Classic Coleslaw: Fresh, crunchy, and creamy.
    • Potato Salad with Dill: A traditional potato salad with a hint of mustard and fresh dill.
    • Mac and Cheese: Rich, cheesy, and always a crowd-pleaser.

Service Details:

  • Serving Style: Choose between buffet, sit-down, or family-style serving. Service lasts 2-3 hours, with professional waitstaff to ensure a seamless dining experience.

Optional Add-ons:

  1. Grazing Table
    • A luxurious spread featuring artisanal cheeses, cured meats, seasonal fruits, fresh vegetables, dips, and crackers. Perfect for a sophisticated pre-dinner snack or cocktail hour.
  2. Late-Night Snack: Five Cheese Toasties

Package Terms:

  1. Booking Confirmation: A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event date.
  2. Guest Count Finalisation: The final guest count must be confirmed 14 days prior to the event. Any changes made after this date may incur additional charges.
  3. Dietary Requirements: Please provide details of any dietary requirements or allergies at least 14 days before the event to ensure appropriate accommodations can be made.
  4. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will incur a 50% charge of the total package cost. Cancellations within 7 days of the event will incur a 100% charge.
  5. Travel Fees: Travel fees may apply for events outside of a 75 km radius from our base location in Glenrowan. This will be discussed and agreed upon at the time of booking.
  6. Event Duration: The package includes service for up to 4 hours. Additional time will be charged at an hourly rate, discussed and agreed upon prior to the event.
  7. Weather Contingency: For outdoor events, please have a suitable contingency plan in place for adverse weather conditions.
